WHAT IS SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME?
We currently serve Pakistan only. Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday and typically take 5 to 7 working days to arrive at your doorstep.

Our team will call you 3 times to confirm your order and delivery address. If we are unable to reach you, the order will not be dispatched.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY, AND HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?
We accept returns if the product is unused and not what you ordered. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours via Instagram DMs (@glowingedgee) or WhatsApp us at 03165821043 with your order number and pictures, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no charge.
HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
To cancel an order, please contact us ASAP. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of being placed. You can WhatsApp us at 03165821043 within 24 hours to process a cancellation. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed or cancelled on the following business day.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCTS ARRIVE DAMAGED?
If your products arrive damaged due to shipping, please save the box and products and notify us immediately by WhatsApp at 03165821043. We will arrange for the courier to inspect and collect the damaged goods, and we’ll send a replacement.
