RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.
- If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours via WhatsApp at 03165821043 with your order number and pictures, and we will arrange a replacement at no charge.
- If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
RETURN PROCESS:

- Once the product is shipped back, notify us with the tracking number.
- Shipping fees for the return will be the responsibility of the customer.
